December 4th

December 4th (Bantayan, Philippines)
This is our morning walking path to the main street, all of 2 mins. There is an elementary school on one side, and a jr high school on the other. It was lunch time and all the students were hurrying to the food stalls to buy goodies. They do get a few westerners in April and May, but we are still a curiosity to the kids, who take the opportunity to practice their english. As Karaoke is so big here, most of the kids are walking around singing old English songs.
Derek tried the freshly caught clams for lunch. They were bar-b-qued in garlic butter. Very tasty. I stuck with the egg and chips. I had a craving for something not asian!
Layed in the hammocks in the afternoon, and saw the sunset. Where is everyone?
